Why St. Mary's?
St. Mary's is a school unlike any other in Southwest Oklahoma. As the region's only fully accredited Catholic school, our PreK4 - 8th grade program strives to develop the whole student: mind, body, and spirit. As a Project Lead the Way Distinguished School, we are one of Oklahoma's top STEM schools and boast the state's leading middle school robotics team.
Grow in Mind, Body, and Spirit
The benefits of a Catholic education help our children grow and mature academically and spiritually. Results show that students who attend Catholic school receive a challenging, high-quality academic experience in a supportive environment, with an emphasis on Catholic values and college preparation.
Educators help students develop self-discipline, while they are learning to accept responsibility and to respect others. Educators, parents, and students work together to create excellent life-long learners, as well as young people who are firmly grounded in the Catholic faith and its values.
At St. Mary’s School, teachers and staff strive to develop the whole student: mind, body, and spirit. St. Mary’s provides academic and religious programs for students beginning at PreK4 through 8th grade.
Besides core subjects including reading, math, social studies, science, and religion, St. Mary’s is a Project Lead the Way STEM school, which offers hands-on, problemsolving science, technology, and engineering classes beginning at Kindergarten level. As students enter middle school, their classes include Design and Modeling, Automation and Robotics, Magic of Electrons and Computer App Creations.
Students are provided with an outstanding elementary and middle school art curriculum, as well as vocal music training. Students also learn about public speaking and personal financial literacy at the middle school level.
Archery, soccer, and robotic clubs offer the opportunity to develop teamwork and sportsmanship!
St. Mary’s offers before- and after-school extended care, as well as a breakfast and hot lunch program, including participation in the Federal lunch program, along with many other learning opportunities throughout the year.
